Terms of Service

1. What we are (and aren't)
Promoza Tax provides self-help information and educational tools to help you understand IRS collection options and prepare to file your own forms. We are not a law firm, a CPA firm, or a tax-representation service. Nothing here is legal or tax advice, and using Promoza Tax does not create an attorney-client or any professional-client relationship.
2. You decide and file
Our materials present options and information so that you can make your own decisions and file your own forms with the IRS. For representation before the IRS, consult a licensed Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney.
3. No guarantees
Outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and the IRS. We do not and cannot guarantee any result, including acceptance of an Offer in Compromise or any reduction of what you owe. Any estimates we provide are illustrative only.
4. Refunds
If a paid Action Plan isn't useful to you, contact us for a full refund.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promoza is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
6. Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and Promoza waive participation in class actions, to the extent permitted by law.
