Terms of Service

1. What we are (and aren't)

Promoza, Inc. is an AI-assisted self-help tool that drafts your documents, plus optional human advocacy you authorize us to perform on your behalf. We are not a law firm, a medical provider, or a tax advisor, and nothing we provide is legal, medical, or tax advice. Using Promoza does not create an attorney-client or other professional-client relationship. Medical-bill error correction and appeals are advocacy services widely performed by non-lawyers.

2. What you authorize us to do

When you start a case, you authorize Promoza to review your bills and insurance documents, access related records (your HIPAA right of access), and communicate and act as your authorized agent with your providers and insurers to dispute errors and appeal denials. You confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

3. No win, no fee — our 20% success fee

Our service is free unless we save you money. If we do, you authorize us to charge 20% of the verified savings to the payment method you put on file. We collect that authorization and a payment method up front, but we do not charge your card at signup. The charge fires only after savings are verified, off-session, per your authorization.

4. How 'savings' are defined

"Savings" means the reduction in your patient responsibility that is attributable to Promoza's action, measured by comparing your original bill or Explanation of Benefits to the corrected one. We retain before/after documentation. We do not charge a fee on reductions you would have received anyway or that we did not cause.

5. No guarantees

Outcomes depend on your circumstances, your providers, your insurer, and applicable law. We do not and cannot guarantee any result, including any bill reduction or successful appeal. Any estimates we show are illustrative only.

6. Payments & disputes

Payments are processed by Stripe. By authorizing the success fee you agree it is a valid charge for a service that was performed and verified. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first and we will work to resolve it using our savings documentation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promoza is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid us for the case at issue.

8. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by applicable US law. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you and Promoza waive participation in class actions to the extent permitted by law.
